Participant Comments:
"I have participated in this event every year as a walker and was excited to experience it as a runner this time. The run was a blast because it was so organized from start to finish. I am already looking forward to next year's 5K!"
Kimberly Giacobbe - UCS Educator
"The course is great - it is nice to get off the beaten track and enjoy the park/trails. I love the fact that I can volunteer with the event and participate as well"
Bonnie Wood – UCS Educator & Volunteer
"The UEA Trail Run is hands down my absolute favorite 5K race of the year. As soon as I cross the finish line I'm look forward to running it again. It was an honor and privilege to be allowed to design the poster and T-shirts for this terrific race."
Jodi Paige-Lee - Graphic Design Artist & UCS Parent
"This year was my second UEA 5k. I like the race because of the variety of runners it attracts… experienced runners, new runners, and kids. The course is great, very scenic, but also challenging. "
Adam Alquiza - UCS Educator
"The event was well organized, and the location for the sponsors was excellent with good exposure. It is always rewarding to sponsor an event that promotes health and wellness for all ages and ability levels. We are looking forward to doing it again next year!"
Doug Schultz – HealthQuest Physical Therapy and Wellness Center
